Hi, I'm changing phone soon so I'm trying to export my iCloud contacts into a vCard. I followed the instructions, went onto icloud.com, logged in, selected all contacts, then 'Export vCard…' does nothing instead of downloading contacts from iCloud. What's wrong?

1. Connect iPhone to your Windows or Mac computer
After downloading the program on your computer, launch it right away. Then, connect your iPhone XS/X/8/7, etc. to the computer with a USB cable to extract contacts from device.
